thanks man, yeah one of the greatest shirts nike ever made took me around 6 years to find it... haha
y so many?
Because they can go for $120+ on the bay?
Great collection mate, do you have any fed clothing or you just collect anything nike
He's got a pair of Vapor 9 from FO 2012.
yeahh i know, i meant like shirts
Basic statistics and intuition tell me he's got some given the sheer volume of the collection.
^^^ Is it *realistically* possible to see a *profitable* return on the outlay (I don't wanna say investment) for all that stuff ?? The shoes are all size 13...Don't all the big-paying Asian collectors have pygmie-sized feet ?? Is a Dri-Fit visor gonna be worth big bucks in 5,10, 20 years?
I collect mostly Nike Tennis clothing/shoes/bandanas/wristbands/hats/visors etc. But I also collect Nike Running/Training shoes and clothing as well plus I have multiples of the Nike+ GPS Sportwatches & Fuelbands as well. I spend thousands $$S monthly on Nike gear/clothes that will probably never get worn. Everything in that picture still has not been worn once, it's all brand spankin new/ Since this pic I now have to rent 2 storage units, one is full of shoes and the other is full of clothes. I probably have one of the most complete RF collection anywhere from hats/shoes/clothes etc all wrapped in garment bags and boxed up never worn. I may sell some one day, but i doubt it. I will take some more pics soon and post them
Never worn? Not even 'around town' (as opposed to on court)?
After Fed retires that collection would be worth a ton. The affluent Fed fans - and there are many - will be interested.
My humble RF collection. Somes Nadal shirts as well
I see that Marina-Blue (3rd, top raw) is not "exactly" the same shade as Neo-Turquoise (3rd, central raw), as some have said ! Marina is lighter.
Its very very close. It can be the type of fabric as well not sure..
How do you post pictures. Sorry I'm new here!
Upload pictures to photo bucket and then link to them.
Srry but why wont my pics upload and show up when I have copied the url. Someone please help me with this
There ya go
Some of my shirts.
nice! I also spy a red version of the Nadal AO/Indian wells 2012 shirt???
Where does the black/red wristbands come from ?
Regular or Premier ?
They are the black version of Federer's 2009 us open wristbands. Unfortunately they are not premier. Teal, neon yellow, and arithracite grey are premier.
ND by UNIQLO
Hi Folks, I was fortunate enough to be in Singapore today and went shopping, for a bit more than I should have, but I really like the looks of that gear. And yes, I will wear all of it...
...to be continued
ND by UNIQLO
What I like about the gear:
All the Navy stuff, even from different lines is the same or by a shade the same Navy, so it can be combined as preferred.
I just like the simple, classic designs. The white/navy shirt with strips on the shoulders has a very classic Borg/Fila kind of look
What could be improved: Sizes are very bizarre:
I am not sure if I should have the shorts in M or L
the Track Pants need to be XL
the US Open Track Jacket is too tight in L, the Australian Open Track Jacket is bit loose in L.
So I guess they're actually selling some of his line then huh?
Either that, or I am Novak Djokovic taking the **** out of all of you
I haven't actually figured out where all about, but check your countries UNIQLO Facebook page...that's how I found out about Singapore...
Goodness man...that's over a $400 purchase. Good on you!
I know, it was a bit crazy. But there is no UNIQLO in Switzerland, so who knows when I get a chance again... anyway, have you seen this guy?
^^^^^^frintonVery nice pickups!
Yeah I would have done the same...I'm in Taipei now and since the closest Uniqlo from San Diego is in San Fran...I'll have to get a couple articles of clothing myself. At least I can wait until they go on Sale haha.
Yes I've seen that crazy collection in that man's closet. Just. Wow.
Wow the Uniqlo looks really good!
I live in Hong Kong, i can easily get it for you
Thanks man, but with shipping and all it might turn out rather expensive in the end...
Where do they sell it in HK? I go there often - never seen it in the Uniqlo store at Harbourcity.
They start selling a week ago in the Uniqlo Causeway Bay World Trade Centre Store Exclusively.
Here is the address
Heard news that they will move it to the new built Lee Theatre Flagship Store afterwards when it opens
Hope this helps :?
I don't get it, most of the Uniqlo stuff is horrid and people probably just buy it cause of Novak.
Anyway each to their own...
After a long time waiting for it...
Finally I can smash my racket like a boss.
^^^ thats one historic polo LOL
How's that any different from buying RF/Rafa or Murray's barricade fits?
Because the Nike and Adidas clothing is actually something one can wear in public.
Played a high school match in these last night, very pleased with comfort and support.
Thanks for all that! Great to know. Might stop in HK before/after the Shanghai 1000 in Oct.
For your benefit, I hope the air quality improves (althought not holding my breath - pun fully intended) - it's been getting progressively nastier every trip. Earlier this month I was wheezing after my runs/tennis at Victoria Park.
^^^Nice! My friend on my team has the same pair. At first he didn't like them as he said he felt too high off the ground but as he got used to them he started to like them more and more. I'm thinking of getting a pair sometime soon.
Its Zoom air up front and in the heel right?
My friend just spent 1kUSD today, he said some popular items are already out of stock, if you are fit for XS/XL maybe you still have a chance...
Yes coz he swept it all, i have not had my chance to get the stuffs yet , dont buy them all lol...
You have to know the Air Pollution problem is not caused by Hong Kong itself
The pollution has been attributed to coal-fired power stations and traffic, although a significant contribution comes from the tens of thousands of factories in China's neighbouring manufacturing heartland in the Pearl River Delta.
Yes. I know where it comes from. HK doesn't have much heavy industry. But, a few yrs back, I did meet a Mainlander who blamed the Russians - had to bite my tongue not to laugh.
GO ROGER !!
