Same concept as putting stickers. (You cut the sticker then put sticker over the logo).

I did not do these customization because it's very hard to match exactly but I had several clothes which swoosh started to fell off. Especially some of 2009 apparels has weird logo material which ruined clothes. I don't know what Nike used for that year but seems like it was paint like materials and started to melt. Only I could prevent this problem was cutting heat transfer material then putting over it.

Probably ignorance of color choices by designers.
Designer thought hyper punch swoosh might be good choice and made a production. They did not realize that the actual product swoosh(hyper punch swoosh) is hard to recognize at a tennis court or televised situation then quickly make white swoosh for pro's apparels. Actually Nike is doing good with those adjustments.

I remember that during Wimbledon tournament, I saw non sponsored players wore light silver or gold swoosh (don't remember what color was) but very hard to recognize the swoosh. I thought it was a bad idea to choose the color of swoosh. Nike changed color of swoosh and every sponsored pro's wore black swoosh.

I totally understand that color choice of concept and actual products will go same. When I produce my own line of hats, I thought Yellow and white logo looks good but as soon as I received the sample of hat, I was very surprised that White logo is very hard to recognize so made black logo instead of white color logo.

I did the graphic design myself on photoshop from having the old shirts
Looked at agassi pics of him wearing it to design the pattern
    Measured my head
    Then,
Spoonflower prints your design on fabric
    Local factory sews them together

    :)

I've noticed that Nike does make some shirts and Vapors without the RF on that other pros wear - but never a jacket.

And I was at the IST tournament - almost all the ballkids were Fedheads - they had various colors of Vapors.

@dr325i, nice collection. The orange shirt and gray with zipper in particular.
