Fila had better socks back in the day, the ones with the two bands of color at top. They should bring them back.

I had to crop the shoes out since they were from Lotto (a competitor). :?

im not even a fed fan, but i finally found this shirt! a recent purchase @ nikefactory in ontario mills. it was part of the tech pack, which is just unbelievable quality and @ $10, you can't beat that.

    Prodigy,
The black socks that you have, have you worn a pair yet? Are they as good as the white ones that you have in that pic (I have the white ones and was looking for a comparison)

Also are those black socks recent or have you had them for awhile? Style number? (SX----)?

i've had them for a while ( SX1787-030 ) and i have multiple pairs of em and they're a lot thicker than the white ones. the white ones however, fit better because of the actual right and left foot concept. the black ones have a bit more cushioning but are a pain to get on cuz they don't really stretch.

just to clarify "Functionc", it is only a minority on this forum that are juniors who play tennis and the gear funded by their parents.

the majority of us here, fully fledged adults working or students/ part time working who seek no finanical backing from their parents, hence i pay for all my expenses associated with tennis.

Like a good Argentinian company, two of their icons are depictions of meat (bife and asado). Tasty.

Wow. This thread is very interesting. I think I've bought, besides shoes, maybe 3 things that are truly tennis apparel in the past 10 years. In college, I tried to get away with playing as many matches as possible wearing camo shorts I bought at the Military Surplus store.
