wow that's a nice collection..so which racket is your main racket...
do you actually play with all those rackets...if not...why do you leave the strings on there...aren't you afraid it's gonna warp..

man, a lot of those rackets i haven't seen b4......i guess i wasn't around the time of the woods to appreciate them or have desire to collect them..

I probably should cut the strings out just haven't ever done it. Might have to do it after finding one of my JK Pro Staffs warped. I do have the thought on some of them I might play with some day.

My current racquet of choise is an O3 Tour which I haven't pictured yet.

JuniorAce, they are a Max 200G (ala McEnroe) and a Black max. The woodies for anybody who are interested are a Maxply Fort, Maxply McEnroe, and a Maxply Austral.

I have a Mac Ceramic but it's in the pile to be donated to the local HS.

The Max 200G is butter - heavy butter but smooth. It is very low powered but guides the ball like a glove. Did I mention it was heavy?
The Black Max is actually one of the favorite racquets I played with back in the day. It is like the junior brother. It too is very flexible but I don't think it weighs quite as much. It had good power for it's day for a midsize.

Finding the two today, the black max is going to be the cheaper of the two as the 200G goes for quite a bit usually.

nothing special about the pj's that haven't been seen before - just painted fake LM ridges. other than that look like real LMP's.

Here are mine. Didn't dig out the woodies (a Jack Kramer, and Martina Navratilova), the Arthur Ashe Head, or the old Spalding Alums. Just got the 200g.
My main racquets will be the Abzorber 98, the Max200G and the Ceramax.
Also have a Max Impact Mid, Max Enforcer (Frankenracquet!), a Dynaflex Broad Beam OS (for the better half), and a few other "loaner" racquets for frends who want to give tennis a try.

Yes, that would a fischer vacuum pro classic 90...It is truly one heck of a racket.. offers the most buttery feeling of any racket i played so far..
And yes, i am somewhat a semi-racket collector.. I say semi because compare to a lot of racket collectors on this board who has their numbers in the 100+...my racket count doesn't come close... haha

    Thanks,
I found someone on the big auction site who still had 4 of these series 90 brand new..and i took it off his hands.. :)
Have patience and just look around. You'll find one, but i doubt it's going to be brand new though.

    Thaychua,

Nice collection. Are you going to play them or just keep them to one side? Also, curious to know how those old ones match up to the new ones today.

Most of the rackets i really dont play with it much...it's usually a one time trial kind of thing..I found out that playing with so many rackets is just a waste of time...when i should just stick to one frame and improve my game...

The pure control zylon plays very good compared to others babolats (like the Pure control team and PD). Is a very forgiving stick, have a big sweetspot and feel comfortable compared to the pure control team.
This one is strung with poly (toa ciberblade thermaxe) in the low range right now, so, is a good serving racquet, very nice from the baseline but not great on the net.
A little to light for some players, but swing a little heavier than is static weight (only 312grs. strung).

A guy in my club plays with the pure storm, and are 99% the same racquet, just different painjob.
