Correct, looks darker in person than on their web page.
Somehow, my design is already in the Design Gallery on their site...

My Jack Purcell evos which my mate bought from the US for me! They are pretty cool "in the flesh". Won't be using them for tennis, just casual! Also got the Federer Sampras wimbledon match on DVD! Looking forward to watching it!

those jack purcells i thought looked cool but i thought would have horrible cushioning and support. but then loked at the advertisemetn page for them and apparently nike teamed up with converse and there's lunarlon and flywire in the shoe.Thats insane!!!

Nike OWNS Converse. BTW- those Purcells are a great shoe to play. It's the equivalent to 2k10 as far as cushioning w/subtleness for casual wear.

I am definitely not going to be playing tennis with them.. mainly because I am very heavy/hard on shoes (went through the toe of my 3.3's in 3 months).. but the pictures I put up don't do justice! They are flippen nice looking.. first day I wore them out and about and I got a few guys asking me where they are from! :) Cheers

Since my last upload I've acquired a few more Vapor VIs. Gold, Blue and Black ones are still brand new. Can't wait to use them.

I don't think his are NikeID, but you guys know you can customize some at NikeID for $130 (which is $30 more than what a regular pair cost). And you can also change the sole to clay, grass, or hardcourts.

Sucks breathes don't get warranty D:

    Yes, Nike iD.
They are great, not only for the colors choice but also the fit. The customized fit is MUCH better than the retail shoe!

You can also see that these are the clay sole, not the HC stuff. Much softer and more padded than the retail shoes

dude its mad easy. Behind the tongue there is the seam that runs along it. I just put 2 little snips and filled it with pillow filling. I had cut the 2 straps that held the tongue down to free the tongue up. After the filling was in i just sewed it rite back up. Since its behind the tongue it is zero noticable. Similar to the tutorial Johnvujohn put up a while ago but instead of cutting on the side of the tongue i did the back.

    It depends on person.
It has same outsole like Vapor VI so I might say less than 90 hours of playing time or even less. I might be very surprised if it last over 100 hours.

Haha, saw that. I thought he was going to get a point penalty at first for delay of game but then they showed the replay of his sole completely blowing out.
