You did not buy the delivery confirmation or insurance? You are supposed to buy those service from USPS or send it through UPS or fedex.
    BTW Adidas will
Not contact you whether they got your shoes or not. Just patiently wait 2-6 weeks. If they grant your warranty, the replacement shoe will be at your door.

Kswiss Defier. Warranty claim was fulfilled in 8 days, no questions asked. Played hard for 4 months and many hours.

Would this count for the Tennis-Warehouse 6-month durability guarantee? I never sent a shoe back to TW.
There is not a hole all the way through, I just wore through the outer rubber.

I thought you were supposed to send back shoes to the company? Like if you have adidas you send them back to adidas...

TW lets you send the shoes back to them, and they handle the warranty stuff. Typically it's a faster turnaround than dealing with the company. Other retailers, like MidWSports, tell you to send them directly to adidas or Nike.

Having said that, I posted my White and Blue (Murray) Barricades in here and shipped them out on the 2nd. Since that colorway is discontinued, I put a little note in there asking politely for the Black&White ones (I have a pair of solid Black). Got them today, the 22nd. That seemed relatively quick.

I called TW to make sure I was doing it right when I sent my Prince Rebels back to Prince and that's when they told me to ship them back to them and the process would be a lot quicker. IT WAS!!! I sent my Prince Rebels back to TW on 11/19 and I got them back yesterday 11/29 and I live in North Carolina. This is the very reason I shop Tennis Warehouse.

in my experience, Prince was quickest company to claim the warranty (also very generous).
I live in GA and took exactly 7 days to receive the replacement shoes.
3 days to NJ, one day to process and 3 days to my house ^_^

Ever wanted to know what a "Toe Dragger" is when you read shoe descriptions, here's what it looks like. This is 1000x better than the tip material on Barricades, which is why I switched to the Babs.

I have Asics Gel Res 2´s and that shoe is the most comfortable of them all, but boy oh boy do they wear out fast. After a month or so they toe drag has killed the shoe. To bad! :(

Barricade does not have a good protection in toe area.
I think CB 1.3 and 2.3 are one of the best to protect toe areas.

Good luck with babolat warranty ^_^ and let us know.

You don't need a warranty card for Adidas shoe warranty.
I've never sent warranty cards and all of my shoes warranties are granted.

So when returning nike or addidas, what specifically do you need? I know it was addressed before, but it seems like thats not a definite answer

I returned a pair of 804s under warranty claim. They were pretty well worn under the inner ball of the foot area. If yours are close just play a few more times and they will wear quickly once the surface is broken through. I only had them about 4 months so well within typical 6 month time frame. I assume you are aware though that New Balance does not specify a time period so its a bit fuzzy with them how long you have to submit a claim.

I was able to exchange them at the retailer however and they handled it from there so no direct experience with New Balance. I got conflicting instructions from the retailer however...seems it depended on who I talked to whether they would handle it or whether I needed to. In the end they gave me the replacement pair on the spot.

Thanks! One more thing, for addidas, I never got to send in my barricade 5's a while ago. Instead, I just purchased some CB 2.3's. If its over 6 months on the receipt, would they still accept it?

If only they gave warranties for things other than sole wear. I walk/run very heavily on my heels and end up "breaking" the heels (for lack of a better word). Used to wear Wilson Tour Spins and within two weeks of playing my shoes would squeak when I stepped on the heels. Annoyed me so much I had to replace them a short while after.

prince is very generous regarding on their warranty and quickest company.
they only took a day to send my warranty replacement shoes.
whole thing took exactly 7 days (3 days to NJ, A day to process, 3 days to my house).

Wondering if these will be accepted for NIKE warranty

Just wondering if you guys think these will be accepted under the Nike warranty yet. It's been about 5 months of hard court use. Ive noticed that others have similar wear in the same area. Just wanna know if I should send them in now or keep playing for a few more weeks. Thanks for the help!

I really like these shoes because they're lite weight, but i'll probably look for something similar that will last longer. I might try to use these until my bday early next month and then send them in later

you don't slide at hard courts and you made the shoes like that within a month.
you didn't even play tennis for 3-4 days due to ice situation.....that's crazy hahaha.
So you will play tennis with bare foot until your b-day ^______^ (jk)
heard babolat is not the best company for shoes warranty. good luck and let us know.

haha, I usually play with a shoe until i make a hole in my sock, then I change shoes =p

I might have to go buy some of those prince shoes you told me about tomorrow. They sound heavy, but maybe they will last longer.
