    I don't have a picture of it, but I played a guy a couple of years ago that, for some reason, had a Nike "swoosh" stenciled on his strings.

    I put the naked lady mudflap on my racquet once. Opinions were mixed as you might expect but most people thought it was pretty funny.

    Yes, print out the logos from the computer, then trace onto some plastic sheet, and then cut out the stencils.

    They also make those plastic viewgraph sheets for inkjet printers and for laser printers (as well as for copiers), so you can print directly onto plastic.
