I have been working on my fitness level for awhile because I want to improve my playing level and winter has began here in wisconsin. I have been doing squats, deadlifts, abs.. the whole shu bang. I have also been doing footwork drills and running/sprints on off days. In a match I feel like I can hit an ball with power and accuracy but I have been having noticing other kids at my local tennis center who are using leg drive in their forehands. Does anyone have any tips or exercises to help develop leg drive for the forehand?
