Fed either goes out before the semis, or he loses in straights to Djokovic. Murray beats Nadal in semis on the other side. Haas and Gulbis have good runs. Ferrer does well.

I will wait till after the drawings are done. No point in predicting who loses in a QF if we do not even know the drawings.

The odds of Nadal beating either one of those guys at Wimby are practically zero. Nadal did lose to a dude ranked in the hundreds last year in the second round, you know. I don't expect Nadal to do much of anything at Wimby, or for the rest of the season. Sorry if that bugs you, but it's just what I think.

I was joking with Overdrive. My 'his' on my comment was referring to Gulbis who made a comment before that the Top 4 are boring.

Yes, but in order to determine who has the best chance out of those four, one needs to see the draw to see their pathways to the final.

Federer goes out in the semis in straights. Either Djokovic or Murray takes it, I think Murray. The young guys disappoint.

There we go. That's what I needed to see. You've got to give it to Clarky credit--she hit the nail on the head about Cvac sweeping the clay season and Nadal doing absolutely nothing. I like this bizarro world. If it ain't broke, don't fix it. Or maybe part of the jink was me getting angry with Clarky; do I need to do that to make this work. Nah, I don't have the energy.

Yes, she was. She was also positive that Nadal was retiring. Don't fight it. Clarky has embarked on the most profound, effective anti-jinx campaign in TT history. I'm probably ruining by talking about, but, oh well.

One of Nadal or Murray wins Wimbledon (probably Nadal).

One of Fed or Nole out before semis.

I thought this myself, but this is just for fun I guess.

I suspect Murray will lose to Nadal, no matter which round that happens in. I've lost a bit of faith in Djokovic too after reading people's opinions, but he's at least a worthy 'co-favourite' with Nadal IMO.

So, Federer, well, his quarter final will surely be either Nadal, Berdych, Tsonga, or Del Potro. All could easily beat him on current form. In straight sets too.

I'm going to be at least semi positive and say he'll have one big impressive win over somebody good. Then he'll be slightly knacked and not be able to do it again in the semis.

Early exit for Ferrer (rd 3)

    And Dimitrov (rd 2)

And, sadly, Hewitt (rd 2), mainly because he draws a big gun early doors. Maybe Djokovic says my crystal ball.

Haas to go out early too (rd 2)

Janowisc, or however you pronounce it, to make a career breakthrough of sorts and reach the quarters.

    Men's winner - Djokovic

I think Nole might have a reaction to not achieving one of his major objectives for the year. I'm going to say he doesn't make the final.

This is one tournament where it's impossible to predict anything without the draw, especially with Rafa being 5th seed. Obviously one of the top 4 will win bar a huge upset, but it's really hard to say anything more than that.

Yes.. i think if you roof a good portion of the major matches that Federer can win..

Even as a Fed fan, i truly believe the roof helped. if they'd had the roof in 2008, I think Federer wins that match over Nadal too.

Nadal and Serena to be the Champions

Sharapova to lose round of 16 or earlier

Azarenka to be the losing finalist

Federer to lose round of 16 at a major for the first time in a long time

People to cry about Nadal and Serena's wins, like always after either of them win anything, complete with steroid accusations, whining of their draws, and even racist taunts against Mrs. Williams

Kvitova to play Serena and give her a super tough match, and ride that confidence back to being a real slam contender again

Raonic to lose 1st or 2nd round

Murray to make his 2nd Wimbledon final and lose to Nadal, if he isnt in Nadal's half

Djokovic to go out to one of Berdych or Tsonga if he plays them

Ferrer to lose round of 16 or earlier

Federer to win it again as the underdog going into the tournament.

Tsonga will reach the semis after beating Murray in an epic 5-setter, beats Ferrer there and into the final.

Nadal to lose before the quarters, he'll land in Federer/Djokovic's quarter but gets cut off in the 4th round.

Djokovic goes down to Federer in the semis again.

I posted this in the other Wimbledon thread:

For stat lovers, the #5 seed has not won Wimbledon in the open era(men's tennis). The other top 6 seeds have won it in the open era so it's a bad omen for Nadal.
