I am looking for opinions on the effect of practicing with pressureless balls on match play. I have have friends tell me that since pressureless balls hit harder I will end up hitting more returns out of bounds. Please comment. Sam

I only hit with them in ball machines. I think if you use them exclusively to practice it may change the way you play with a match with a regular ball but if you confine your use to maybe 20-25% of your total playing/practice time I don't think it will matter.

The Tretorn Micro X ones are as close to pressured balls as you're going to get. If you have the $ I highly recommend you buying those.

    Conclusion:

    Pressureless for practice

Pressured for matches (and sometime in between)
