he doesnt have one.
I'm in the Netherlands so no NTRP rating. To make an educated guess: 4.0
okay i'm 5.5 in the Netherlands. so 4.25?
Question for fibonacci888;
in reference to the article :
Could you find out any info about the Prince Graphite and the Longbody this article speaks of? Pics would be even better.
From what i've heard there will come a new graphite. Can't remember details but will check. I haven't seen a racket.
Other racket i've seen is a 16x16 warrior.
Sidenote: these rackets and the warrior i've seen aren't final. I fair to assume Prince will create other colors and perhaps lines. The frame i pretty final what i've heard.
Prince is bringing back the Longbody!
I saw earlier that the Warrior was 14x16.
I'll be in his shop next week and take a picture.
Double post .....
I wouldn't be surprised if they did a 16x16 one and a 14x16 one. They did both a 16x19 and a 14x18 of the team.
broken speedports and exos
i concure, as speedports and exos are prone to breakage.
i had 4 speedports and one exo break on me in the past few years.
usually around 10 or 2 o'clock where the big ports transition to small
when i was playing regular racquets, i think i broke 2 in ten years, one really shouldnt count because i stepped on it accidently.
the speedports and exos have a absorb a lot of stress at the port edges
especially at 2 and 10 o'clock. the LTS around here confirmed that they see a lot of this, but if you like these big port prince racquets, you have to live with this breakage issue.
didnt seem to see this when i was using the oval port princes
Ci sono halls but no ports.
I've played with ported racquets since 2007. While I've seen broken frames, I've never broken one (and I'm fairly tough on racquets).
I have played with EXO3 technology for years. I cracked the throat of a frame, but never had a issue with breakage outside of my mishitting.
Cracked a Speedport that came out off my hand on an overhead. in 6 years that abuse has been my only failure.
i havent had any issues with the ports at all and i have strung something like hundreds
I started buying Prince O3 racquets since Speedport Red came out (switched to Black, then Tour, then exo3 Warrior) and never had an issue with breakage.
My friend, who uses my stringer, had an issue with his Babolat Pure Storm Ltd. Original, when it cracked on the stringer. I oversaw his job and it was properly tightened and such. I know it's irrelevant, to Prince racquets breaking, but I string mine up a lot more frequently than he does.
I love Oports. No issues at all.
From engeenering point of view they should be a lot stronger then conventional frames.
My local shop keeps talking about the new graphite when I'm in string shopping for my POG OS. They have no spec information. Anyone know if they are truly releasing a new graphite? Specs?
From what I've heard, yes, there will be a new graphite. I don't have any specs, though.
I'm now back to loving the original Prince Rebel 95s. I found this stick comes alive with a nice 1.20 string (I liked Timo 1.10, but it may have been a little less stable/too powerful?....)
Anyway, is the current Rebel 95 just as soft? Would I like it if I like the original Rebel 95 (not the team)??
I might trade my IGPPs (which I can't control quite as much) in for some newer Rebels.
I think I read where the Rebels were coming out later than the Graphites and other necessary Prince updates. Thanks for any answers/ heads up.
Somebody bought them out and saved them I guess.
Hey guys ......just a heads up.....just saw something on the Prince Website with a teaser bout the new line coming out in Oct 2013..Anyone seen this ? Or has news of the new line up. Is it really going to be called ESP ? Do tell. I just love their racquets..
