I'm looking for a shoe that's good for clay courts. I tried the Yonex SH307 and they were too narrow. I normally wear the T22's for hardcourts. Does Prince have one?

Ok, I think I'm an idiot. People said I need a herringbone sole and recommended the Wilson Trance. I just realized that my T22's have a herringbone sole. Does this mean they would be just as good (as far as traction) as the Trance's?

I have a pair of shoes with the same sole as the T-22s and play on clay. I would call the tread design as a modified herringbone pattern and combined with the sole composition, aren't ideal for play on clay.

While they're new... they're ok. But they get slick after some wear and IMO, they are best suited for hard court play.
