I'm level 4.5 and got the Exo3 tour 16x18 and so far i'm quite happy with it. Funny is I bought it because I was pushed by the low flex (52) thinking that the buttery feel would be nice. But after trying much stiffer racquets (Aero pro drive GT) I've noticed that I like that feeling better. Spec wise other that the flex, the rest is just fine with me. A thigher string bed would be welcome as I suffer from controlling direction more than lacking of power.
    Aany Ideas for a substitute?
Dunlop F3.0 Tour is on my mind lately... APD GT wasn't feeling good on my OHBH...

    Thanks in advance

you might try adding a little weight to the EXO. What are you stringing it with/at? I found that lower tensions work so well with this frame. Get it into the 40's and you'll have all kinds of control. YMMV however it's worth a try if you like the stick.

I string multifilaments at 50 pounds in this frame. I'm getting ready to try poly for the first time in it a few weeks from now. I'll probably go down to 40 when I do that.

I'm stringing with luxilon original at 57/55. It maintains tension very well. I don't know much about strings but I like this one a lot. Whenever I've strung it in the 46/48 range I get the feeling that the flex of the frame is even higher which is what I don't like! BTW why is it that I find more control lowering the tension? I've always felt it the other way around. Thanks!

i had the same problem. Almost perfect but 2 buttery. Try the Tour Team version and put some lead under the grip. Much more stiff and some more power.
