From my experience, the Pro Penn balls lose bounce fast and get all fuzzy after only a few hours of recreational playing. Are they crappy balls or I bought some bad cans?

As far as tennis balls go, my favorite are Dunlop, and I hate Wilson US Open. The Wilson US Open balls often get something loose in them that rattles around. So I would say add Wilson US Open to your list of balls not to buy.
