Pretty much Luxilon and Babolat VS Gut. Ethier pretty low tensions or realy high. Only a couple string in the 50's.

    fed/djok/murray- gut mains/alu rough crosses - fed 50lbs/murray 60lbs
    nadal- duralast - 55lbs
DP- full Alu- think about 62lbs

    Didn't he switch to Adrenaline?

Or is that just marketing and he's still playing with Alu?

    According to Wilson...........

According to the Wilson rep, JCDP id just switch to Lux Adrenaline.
"Juan Carlos: del Potro Wilson BLX Pro Open 95 Luxilon Adrenaline 1.25 62lbs"

Rafa and Roddick have also recently changed to a Babo dev string in black.

    Cheers, TennezSport

Or he's being sarcastic and you didn't pick up on it at all... You might want to do a search, another one of those topics with loads of info on the board, but you have to dig.

He's right. It's the biggest kept secret on the pro tour.

The reality is that the amateur ranks are rife with those that get duped into buying this poly or that natural gut. Pure marketing BS.

Prince Tournament Nylon is the string of choice of 92% of the men's tour and 85% of the women's tour......at just under $1.50 a set, it's the miracle equipment choice that EVERYONE should use.

It also works best strung at either 35 pounds in the mains and 74 pounds in the crosses......but only if you're using a frame with a 16x18 string pattern. If you use a 18x20, it's the opposite. 74 in the mains, 35 in the crosses.

BTW, this choice of equipment and its usage was discovered by Andre Agassi himself in the summer of 1997 after drinking his assistant's soda.

Watching the ao it looks like roddick is not hitting the pht crosses, the while string bed looks white. I guess it could be my tv though.
