So far as I can tell, Prince is widely regarded as manufacturing one of the better synthetic guts around in terms of playability (or so I've been told).

Can anyone compare the Prince synthetic gut with Pro Supex? The latter is a brand I'm not too familiar with, but their prices are quite low, and I wonder if it'd be worth giving it a try (have to order them as I don't see them around in any of the local tennis shops).

Any thoughts or experiences to share on this?

Spiral flex is a great substitute for PSGD, holds tension fairly well is low powered like PSGD, not quiet as spiny, is a little softer.

Best part is its cheaper and is very durable in comparison.

Use prince w/duraflex in the mains -- crisp and more durable -- and titans in the crosses -- more feel and softer. get the best of both.
