I've heard it breaks easily on the machine. Is this true?

How tight did you string. I'll probably be stringing at highest 65 lbs

It's solved though for now. I got 16 sets of gamma syn. gut from ATS.

Yea, the guy at ATS was really helpful, and the reviews on the gamma were better. optic yellow color too.

i just strung a racquet today at 63lbs on the last 2 crosses (the rest at 58lbs) with a klippermate drop weight stringer, ive been stringing with this same string for the past2 months at least
i am using the technifiber 17g synthetic gut one
but like you everytime i string over 60 lbs, i remeber reading of the people that snapped the string over 60 so i take my time when tensioning higher than 60, but like i said i have done it as far as 63 and no issues thus far

by the way, this string is only good for crosses, it was pretty bad in the mains, too soft for Mains in my opinion
