Hi TWE, I was looking at the specs of this racket. It says that the power level is medium. Is this correct? Seems very powerful for this type of racket?

(Btw any plans to expand the demo program to more countries such as Denmark?)

    Thanks

Just demo'd. Very powerful, solid frame. Tons of control. Demo'd with multifilament, so no idea what a poly would do, but I'm sure it would improve.

Hits way harder and more stable than it's weight would suggest, and although fast, feels as solid as 12oz.

I was thinking it felt like pro-stock Head stuff, and then I just hit a Tour friend's PT57e. Same kind of feeling and response.

Hi Siobhan, speaking of QTour 295: I live in US, and two weeks ago ordered two 18x20 from TWE (TW-US only lists 16x19 version). Unfortunately TWE sent me 16x19 version.

I contacted TWE customer service via email and was told that a) TWE was supposed to receive 18x20 version from the manufacturer but (unknowingly) got 16x19 shipment instead which is what they sent me, and b) TWE now expects to receive 295 18x20 model at the end of September - beginning of October.

Following that, TWE removed QTour 295 listing from the website for a few days. As of yesterday though the listing for QT 295 18x20 was back, along with the listing for 16x19 model (which wasn't there previously).

Could you please clarify what's going on? Specifically, does TWE have QTour 295 18x20 model in stock now?
