I've been having inconsistent forehands lately and i would like to put it to rest. I would like to have a powerful, top spin forehand that'll kick when it hits the ground.I used a semi western grip and do the windshield wiper thing with a medium swing.

At what angle do i make contact with the ball? is it 45 degree angle closed and pushing forward at the point of contact? (to generate top spin?) Or is it somewhat parallel but with a heavy "up" brush?

I'm not sure where and how to make the contact which often results in high low-powered balls or flats. Please help.

    Thanks.

That's hard to achieve, you have to use a lot of wrist to have the kick, and by that way at the same time, it reduce the power and consistancy, unless your name is Borg. May be you should check hi-techtennis.com. that the best i saw.
