Please help me.

I play a Pure Drive Tour 2015 at the moment.
I love string with Weiss Cannon Red Ghost 23 kg, its a dream.

Racket is ok, nice groundstrokes, nice service, and its stable against hard hitters.

But i want more control in my shots.

I searched for such a racket!

I found PS 97 315 g in the reviews.

Is this racket ok iif i like to have a stable racket with touch, but also one thats manouverable?

Can anyone compare PDT and the PS 97?

Greats and thanks

IMO you are comparing apples and bacon. The PDT is all about power while the PS is a more powerful mid-weight player's racquet. Anyone can tell you that, but there is no way for anyone to say with any degree of certainty how it will work for you.
I would put forward that if you are looking for something similar to the PDT but with a but less power and a fair amount more control, an Extreme Pro XT might be in line with your wants.

The PDT is a great racket, plenty power, and decent control (much more control then i initially expected). I tend to agree with JBH, the PS97 is quite different. The PS97 has decent power, but not the same the PDT has. The PS97 didnt have the blow thru the PDT has. Nice racket but the PDT is way more powerful. The Extreme Pro is a good alternative..and has a bit more control then the PDT, with similar power. Another one is the Pure Aero Tour, i find this just a bit more refined then the PDT, and bit more feel, a bit plusher, similar power, and loaded with spin potential. Hope this helps

I had two stints with the PDT it is a great racquet for power and spin but the reason I moved away from it was I need more precision in my game. I am baseliner that likes to move my opponent around and then go for winners when I get that short ball around the service line. I felt when I was trying to rip winners I had less margin for error than my classic heavy racquets. I demoed the PS 97 and it is a spin monster imo but does not have as much plow thru as I would have liked. As JBH and Dominic mention the PDT has more power. I might demo the PS 97 again with a little lead added to the hoop.

Have not tried the PDT but had extensive play time with the PS97 and currently playing with PAT. Despite the thought that the PS97 was perfect for me spec-wise, it just didn't work out. Like kaiserW stated, it didn't have enough plow through in stock and even with customization I couldn't find the right combination. The PAT on the other hand has all the attributes Dominic mentioned and the surprising ability to accommodate the net game. It's not just a baseline spin monster with pop, it's great for the attacking style as I have played effectively in doubles and singles.
