Currently using the PST Ltd, and love nearly every last thing about it. I NEED a little more pop though. When I move to a more powerful stick, I can really feel how under powered the Ltd is. What do we think would be the closest racquet spec wise to the Ltd, but give me a little more oomf? Have tried other strings/tensions...doesn't really do the trick without messing something else up. Please avoid phrases like "generate more racquet head speed" or "work on your technique" lol

Add gut to the mains and hybrid poly crosses. Or drop tension further if you are sicking with all poly, try 45 lbs, then 40. Also adding weight to the handle will give a tad more power. Without in erasing sw much.

Try culmination first, if that doesn't work then try a prestige pro.

Thanks...I guess I should continue to experiment with string setup. I'm just fearing the racquet is woefully underpowered for my game...

PSGT (leaded), Volkl x10, volkl x10 325. I have not played the x10 but the 325 did have decent pop as did the PSGT which I play stock.

Try adding a little lead to the top of the grip. Use 1/4" lead tape and wrap one layer a 7" up from the but. This gave my Dunlop MuscleWeave 95 (low powered racquet) a nice power boost.

interesting...Been thinking about taking the new Organix 10 mid out for a test run. I played with the C10 Pro for a while, but for some reason, it felt a little erratic to me. Maybe the new one would be better...

Have you given the Pure Drive a try? Lots of power to be had there and it seems to suit a wide variety of players.

Haha, weren't we just discussing this in another thread. I like the PDR, but it doesn't like me...gotta have that softer feel

Head Prestige Mid; Wilson blade 93, Dunlop 200 or (new 2.0) or Volkl PB10 mid.
All are very good racquets...so any one of them will do. I have a Head iPrestige mid and love it. I think the new prestige line would be good as well. Have heard good things about Blade 93 and Volkl PB10 mid as well. PB10 mid I think is a softer racquet like the PSL

if that is your stick, i'll second the suggestion to tweek the strings. i have alot of luck adding gamma tnt2 to the mains of my sticks i'd like to add some pop too. it may be cheaper than nat gut too.

Problem with the PSL is that the swing weight is so low. There's no other racquet in this class that has such a low SW.

If you really, really like the racquet, I'd experiment with a few grams of lead first before switching racquets. Despite you saying that you don't want to hear this, try a different string. I've been playtesting Monogut ZX in a 6.1 18x20 recently and it plays really well - poly like characteristics but with added pop.

As for racquets.....a Vantage / Angell perhaps? You should be able to replicate similar specs to that PSL.

Pure Storm Team GT leaded up (handle and 3/9) to about the same specs or even a tad lighter gives you essentially the same stick but more pop and forgiveness.

I added 6g of lead at 12 on my PSLGT's, and they played great. Still a bit low powered for my bunk shoulder however. What I do like using now is the IG Prestige MP. It's got a very similar spec and feel, just a bit a more pop off the top, providing some more fire power.

C10 very nice rkt, in that category of rkt flexy heavier( not really heavy) does all things well. I believe the early( fish net graphics) was very flexy 56 or so compared to new 63. However I believe 2008 on all the same except for paint
