I pulled my calf muscle the other night playing tennis. I was on a doubles match and I was at the netwaiting for a volley. Then I felt a pain on my left calf and heard a pop afterward. Cannot walk on it immediately. My friends and doctor said I have pulled my calf and will be out four to six weeks. It's three days til the injury and the pain has mostly gone. However, I still cannot really stand full flat on my foot as the muscle is still tight. Does anyone here has any experience on this injury?
