I had a friend play a tournament, He played so bad he broke three of his racquets, he said pure drive racquet go dead in three months. I had 3 pure drives, I end up selling them too.

It sounds to me like he killed his racquet; they didn't die.

There is absolutely no way a pd can go "dead" in 3 months without pretty significant abuse from its owner....I think its called he was pissed and needed an excuse to justify his actions.

pure drives are gerat, they have a great feel to them. i agree, they dont just die unless you pull a roddick and smack them against the cement when you get angrey. tell him anger management classes, but until them, wilson court zone's (the most popular racqeut found in middle and hish schools) to keep his habit from getting too expensive.
