I just bought a pair of Wilson WildCard 2's from my local shop. I got them at a discount so i figured i would try them. I went out to play yesterday and played for no more than 4 games. The insole of the right shoe became extremely loose and i could not use the shoe anymore because it was moving all around. Should i be able to return them for new ones? The guy at the shop said since he cant sell them as new he cant take them back, but since they have a defect doesnt that mean he would send them back wilson and i should get new ones?

    Thanks for any advice.

might not be his problem...if it was TW then they'd probalby take it back and send to wilson and give you a free pair but TW might be way bigger than your local should probably contact wilson...did you say "i want to return cause of a defect"? if you said that then that guy is full of BS cause "cant sell them as new" makes no difference if the shoe is defective...
