Question about shipping to the US

    I know TW Europe hasn't been officially launched yet, so that might be the problem, but when I try to order the Head Prestige Bag, it won't let me get past the customer info section after I hit checkout. I enter my shipping and billing address, and then when I hit submit, it won't go on to the next section. It just goes to a page with my already entered billing information along with some script errors on the page. Can anybody shed any light on this?

    It is working for me.

    Did you select "outside EU" then enter your shipping/billing info.

    It should work fine. Please let us know if you are still having issues.

    I am trying to buy a racquet from TW euro and ship it to the US but at the checkout I get an error.
    In the shipping info I select "UNITED STATES" but the system keeps asking me to select a country!?!?!
    Please help!!!

    Solved. Order placed.
    I guess the issue was in using separate billing/shipping info.
