Just wondering if you think the extra length rackets (like the NQ 7) are better for older players who don't get to ball as quickly? There are some balls that are reachable with the extra half-inch that are not with the standard size.

Bjorn I'm not a fan of the longer racquets so much, especially when you get older. the longer lever can stress out aging joints if the frame is too heavy and stiff, and what you gain in the extra length is negated by less racquet head control.
I say keep moving your feet, work on anticipation and court positioning, and some players choke down that extra bit when running for a really wide ball essentially creating a longer frame. i really dont think the 1/2" means so much however. If you like the frame w. the extra 1/2" go for it, but dont expect it's really going to help you much with tracking down more balls
