:?: Sysop, What are the shipping charges for one racquet to the UK?
For each international mailing option you use could you list the price and usual delivery time.

One tennis racquet shipped via FedEx International Economy to the UK will cost $28 USD and deliver in 3-5 business days. For additional shipping options and information regarding customs and import fees, please email our International Department twint@tennis-warehouse.com

Add the delivery charge to the racquet price then add 12% "Import tax" to that, then multiply the whole thing by 1.175 (for VAT), and you get a whoping great number.

I ordered 48 Pounds worth of stuff. The tax bill for this was 30 pounds. That should give you a rough idea of the mark up you will be charged.

Federal Express are extremely bad in this regard - overly eager to apply any and all taxes. At least with the regular post-office you sometimes fall through the "cracks".

BTW it still might be worth ordering from TW. Just make sure you do the math beforehand and don't end up with a coronary when the tax bill arrives.
