Really respect your opinion on nutrition and supplementation. I noticed you are a fan of Focus XT. How, specifically, do you take this, in relation to when you are playing? Do you take a full serving one hour before? Would love your opinion on this. Also, is this still your supplement of choice in it's category? Is there something that you prefer? 200mg of caffeine seems like alot, but, I could be mistaken. Would love your thoughts.
