Question for those using Donald Chu's workout program

I'm halfway through the 12 week Power Tennis Training workout blocks from Donald Chu's book of the same name. I'm very happy with the results so far.
For those of you who have followed this regimen, how much of it do you incorporate during your heavy tennis season? I'll be at the end of the program by mid-January. Here in NYC the outdoor season doesn't really get going until April/May. Should I immediately go through another 12 week cycle which would take me to Spring? From January through March I'll be in two indoor leagues (one doubles, the other singles) so that's 2-3x a week of tennis. The workouts in the book are geared towards an off-season regimen so how much do I need to cut back when I'll be playing 4-5 days/week? Should I abandon the plyometrics routines and just concentrate on weights? If so, should I hit the gym just on the days I'm not playing tennis? There are also court drills in the book. Are you guys using these drills throughout the year as the book suggests?
Basically I want to find out how to maintain the strength/fitness gains I'm making over the winter for as long as possible during the spring and summer months. Right now these workouts are my primary focus. But I don't have a clear sense of how to plan rest and recovery during tennis season. Thanks in advance for any advice.
