Question for TW sales dept

    Hi. I have an unusual situation that you may or may not be able to help me.

    I recently purchased a reel of Solinco Tour Bite Soft. The problem is that the string is so twisted inside the reel that I am having a heck of time unwinding it. But I did use about 20 feet of it already so I can't return it for an exchange.
    I really don't want to re- wind 600 plus feet of new string. Is there anything you can do to possibly re-wind this reel?

    Thank you in advance. You guys been terrific and I'm really not expecting anything but thought I just ask.

    Unfortunately, we do not have any official way of rewinding the reel. If you think it is defective, you can send it back in and we can replace it. Otherwise, you can send it back in and we can rewind it by hand ourselves or you can do the same if you don't want to send it in.     Thank you for the reply Brittany.

    I was hoping for some magical way that you can untangle the reel but didn't really think so. It's just a little pain to untangle each time but it's not worth returning . String itself is not defective so I'll just deal with.
