How do you know when your shoulders are perfetly aligned and your body is in balance while playing tennis. I really want to practice keeping my body balanced and still during my strokes. The problem is; I cant tell unless I video myself or if I have someone else coaching me. Is there a method to get awareness of what your body is doing during stroke production?

Well, if your head is still, you are not bent over or backwards, and your feet are approximately beneath your shoulders, you are balanced. My daughter, Lara, who won national contests as a dancer in her teens, is just now taking up tennis seriously. (Yay!!!) Her hand-eye co-ordination is not as good as mine, but her footwork and balance are impeccable. Cross training via dancing may be the way to go. Good luck.
