I'm currently 5'9 and I weigh around 160-3. It varies depending on what time of the day I weight myself and I think I still need to lose some weight, but the question is, how much? I know I should lose weight till I feel is good enough, but I need goals before doing something. This is a picture I took around 2 weeks ago, when I was 164-5.
