I am a high-school player (freshman) age 13 and I am looking for a cheap control oriented racket since I have a long, fast swing.

I looked at used tennis warehouse rackets and I saw 3 good rackets.

    -Head Youtek Radical os
    -Head Microgel Radical mid+
    -Head Prestige flexpoint mid

I also am looking at the Wilson blx juice 26" would it be good for me.

And is a used racket that is rated C, good enough to compete in high-school tourneys

My first suggestion is NOT to get a 26" inch frame. Stick with a standard length racquets.

The HEAD Microgel Radical MP and YT Radical Oversize are good racquets. I think the Flepxpoint Prestige Mid wont be forgiving enough for you.

I agree, at your age go standard length, not 26". Also, reports are that TW really underrates their used racquets, a C rated stick would be in very good condition.

I would get the Head Microgel Radical mp. It has good control and as you get better you can customize it too.

When did 13 year olds become high school students?

    Stick to the MPs
