Racquet/stringing Shops

    where in Maine do people get their racquets and strings? preferably in the portland area.

    We vacationed in Maine a couple of years back. I never saw a tennis court while I was there.

    I just saw this thread really really late but I can still offer a bit of advice. Check out the Racket and Fitness Center. They can hook you up plus offer a great facility to play in. What level are you? There are also a ton of people and leagues they can hook you up with.

    Try going to Maine Sport, they carry the basic wilson and head stuff. Don't know of any other shops that sell anything tennis though, sorry! It's in Rockport, don't know if you want to go there though.
