Wow Nike must not be too happy with that! It goes to show that the 4.3 is still a much better model than the new one. Also, IMO, I don't like the looks of the new one, especially with the flywire sticking out.

^doesn't really show anything. It's just that Nadal doesn't feel comfortable with a new feel of the shoe, even when it's PJ'd. This was probably nike's last resort solution for him.

The LBs are a completely different shoe, I bet that if it was $140,everyone would be loving it. IMO it's a great shoe.

Just track down the Olympic 4.3's and out navy laces in them. Rafa's won't be available

It's 2009 all over again. Rafa wouldn't switch from the Cages to the Ballistec 1.3 then either.

Can you imagine Rafa switching shoes. His OCD might kill him if he had to change. I probably wouldnt want to either, but That's way to much emotional stress for him.

Could it have something to have with the lack of air cushion on the lunnarite?

There is enough air cushioning for people like us, but for Nadal, it might not be, because of his bad knees.

Wow I wish they sold both of those colors for the 4.3's. They look better then the new lunar ballistecs!

Just bought the CB 4.3 today at Tennis Goal in Bradenton, the blue and lemon yellow. Feel perfect.
