    Francis27,

Yes, we are already in the process of reviewing the string. Look for the review in a couple weeks.

I wonder why TF decided that black code should increase from $13 to $14.... Maybe i am in the minority, but i will either find a new string or start hybriding it so TF will get less money from me... I hate paying more money for same product!

    Unfortunately, inflation is the reason.

selective inflation? all other TF strings stayed the same price.
i think they just did it to fleece another buck off customers willing to pay for it.
i presume they looked at babolat charging $17.95 for rpm blast and decided they coudl charge more for their string too.

anyway, i will be finding a lesser known brand to buy that doesn't cost so much.
bye bye tecnifibre and hello volkl/yonex/genesis/pro supex.

anyway.. sorry to derail the thread. please others report on how razor code plays and im looking forward to the TW playtest even though i don't want to buy $16 poly.

Heard of Volkl Cyclone? Same thing or better than Black Code and its $7.99. Many TW playtesters use it, good quality and affordable price.

ill give it a shot, thanks boricua. i remember it was $5.99 when it first came out and they just raised the price because it became popular... but i guess i can still pay $7.99! i also like wilson enduro pro which has been around forever which is the same price.

I used Black Code some years ago and played for the first time with Cyclone the other day. They are pretty similar it seems, eventhough I used them with different racket models. Check out the Cyclone video review in TW.
