The new Roddick shoe is called the 3D Match Day. However, I have not seen the final version of this shoe yet. I will check with Reebok to see which model Roddick is currently wearing.

Drizzt, go to www.rcatennis.com and go to images. You first select the day and then the players.

Roddick is currently testing a Reebok concept shoe called the I Pump. We'll know more as information becomes available.

I do not have dates for these yet. Last time I checked with Reebok they were still developing both. However, I've heard that if all goes well the I Pump could be here for the U.S. Open.

Out of curiosity, is the I Pump going to be exactly like the original Court Victory Pump a.k.a Michael Chang?

Does the "I" stand for "Iverson?" I have a pair of I3's, like most of his shoes, they have an "I" in the name. Roddick's wearing Iverson's shoe - Interesting.

Chris, Is the Upset going to be durability type shoe or a gameday shoe? How much will it cost?

I would say the Upset is beefier than an outright match day shoe. The toe and outsole look pretty durable and I would imagine this shoe will hold up pretty well. We will most likely be playtesting this shoe, so will know for sure then.

The upset is due in 8/25. We will most likely be playtesting this shoe. No new info on the I Pump yet. I will contact Reebok and see what I can find out.

Is the Upset actually going to come out on Aug. 25? Also, is there a way that you can provide some details about this shoe?

I will try to confirm the dates today. We do not have exact details yet as we do not have stock of this shoe.

Well, I just checked with Reebok and it seems that this shoe will not ship until 10/1.

Despite the fact that the shoe is not going to be shipped until October, did Reebok supply you with details?

I do not have any extra info on 0 he Upset as yet. The shoe Roddick is currently wearing is called the Court Victory. This shoe was made especially for Roddick and will not be made available.

Isn't the Court Victory the Michael Chang's?

The shoes are similar, but the Court Victory is a low cut (the Chang was a Mid).

Chris, if you guys are going to review the Upset, can you please pay extra attention on the durability please.

    Thanks.

P.S. I'm sorry about redundantly asking you about the Pumps.

We are currently testing this shoe. The guys putting the most hours on the shoes are generally, Danny, Casey, Josh, Paul and myself. Danny, Casey and I are also toe draggers so look to the above mentioned for good durability info on the outsoles and toe areas.
