From the specs, everything looks pretty similar.
The Japanese site advertised 2% more power and 8% more residence time on the strings compared to the RDX.
Just having 5g more weight than the RDX should make the above true.

Another thing that's new is soft grommets at the 10, 2, 4 and 8 o'clock positions which they claim make off-center hits softer and with less shock.

Buy one now if you like the RDX; if you can wait, buy an RDX after it's been price-cut to clear inventory for the RDS. Really no reason to go with the RDS if you already like the RDX, unless you sincerely believe (and can discern) that the RDS will get you 2% more power and 8% more dwell time...

Go for the new RDS, or you'll never be happy wondering.

That wouldn't be a very accurate theory IMHO. Not all new racquets are better than their predecessors. In fact, most new racquets are worse than their predecessors, so I wouldn't necessarily count on the RDS being better than the RDX. Look at how many people still love using old racquets like the Prestige Classic and the PS 6.0 85/95, some of which have been around for 25 years because the replacement models kept getting worse.
