Although I've never felt comfortable with the Yonex head shape I would rate the RDS001 mid above either the POG mid or TT Warrior MP. I just feel that it offers a much better combination of spin, power, control and mobility than the other two.

Haven't played the POG Mid. Between the other two:

    Comfort: slightly to the RDS
    Control: RDS
    Spin: TT Warrior
    Volleys: TT Warrior

Both are nice sticks for serve-and-volley and all-court play. The RDS is heavier but has a nice sized sweetspot for a mid. The Warrior is more user-friendly but not as solid off the ground. More of an all-court stick.

Even though I use the POG mid I would say the Yonex RDS001 is great for feel, spin, and where it really shines is volleys. The POG mid is stiffer so the feel is a bit firmer and crisp. The Yonex plays softer and has a forgiving feel. I guess it depends on what you want.
