I was actually there for the Novikov/Janowicz match last year and Noivkov looked like the much better player that day. How quickly things have changed. On a side note, for this week's futures tourney in Turkey looked like there were quite a few Trojans playing in it (Sarmiento, Johnson, Wang, and De Vroome) and even their asst, Kwinta, was entered into the dubbs as well. Lastly, has anyone noticed how well Tahir has done the last two weeks? Made it quite far last week in Rochester and is into the semis this week. He's also beaten some pretty strong players along the way. I wonder if he can keep this up going into the fall, if so, he should be looking at playing top 3 for Duke.
