Replacement for "New Balance CT 802 W Men's Shoes B"?

Hi. I currently wear the CT 802's in the narrow fit, size 9.5. My foot is especially narrow in the heel. I use this insole that provides additional support for my low arch. The New Balances fit pretty much like a glove around my feet; however, I can't stand how poorly these shoes breathe. I actually ordered the new Breathe Free Cage's and got them yesterday. Yeah, those aren't going to work. My heel slips way too much. Anyhow, what do you guys think would be a suitable replacement for my CT 802's? I've heard that the Oscillate or BFII's could work.

I think it's fair to suggest on this forum that if TW won't stock the item you're looking for, it's okay to find it somewhere else.
So why not buy the 803 somewhere else?

EDIT: Just re-read your post. Unfortunately, I can't vouch for whether the 803 is better ventilated than the 802, though it looks as if it might be.
