Does anyone have any experience with this string? If so, any recommendations for a new string as it seems it is now discontinued.

I tried it once a few years ago. I don't recall anything special about it.

Lots of great new stuff out there.
You'll have no trouble finding a replacement.

I know there was nothing special about this string, but that's sort of what I like about it.

    Pro's Pro Plus Power 1.28.
Good, solid, all-around poly like SPPP or Outlast at half the price.

Why not the updated / replacement: Poly Soft PRO? Seems it is the same (basically) so seems logical to try that first???

It's a soft poly so any of the following would work:

    poly star energy
    polyfibre bv rough
    revolution
    genesis black magic
    topspin cyber blue

    yes

This is a good, comfortable, durable string with good spin potential. Very good for competitive juniors.

It definitely wasn't durable as far as poly's go actually. It's the only poly I could consistently pop at around 12hours of usage.
