Hey guys, I'm looking for a replacement for Topspin Poly Polar 1.25 mm since it has been discontinued. I'm looking for another very stetchy and comfortable poly string like Poly Polar. Any ideas? Anyone have any they would be willing to part and with? Thanks.

Thanks for your reply stanfordtennis alum. I've tried the Cyber Blue and I don't find it to be stretchy like Poly Polar. Do you find it to be that similar?

Try out the Big Hitter Blue. Have used both and find them to be very close.
The Big Hitter Blue was a bit less stretchy.. but the powe level was similair

I have about 15 sets remaining. best string of all time but I can't help tyring new stuff. If we can't work something out, try babolat pro hurricane 18, head sonic pro, or weiss cannon match power 17.

I've heard Polyfibre Hightech is very similar to Poly Polar in that it is also very stretchy and comforatable and has some good pop. Can anyone comment on this string?

  9. I think the new typhoon is fairly stretchy. Very powerful, maybe kinda similar to poly polar. You can also get it in blue, but not the same blue that one was. But blue, nonetheless.

Big hitter blue and Topspin Cyber blue are the exact same string.

Really... I have not played the Cyber Blue.. but love the Big Hitter Blue... Interesting. Do you know this from playing both... or know both are made at the same factory?

    Thanks man!

I am currently using Big Hitter Blue, and I don't find it to be the same as Topspin Cyber Blue. I prefer BHB.

You have proof of that claim? IMO they do play very similar, but slightly different, so maybe the difference is just in my head. LOL.

What? you don't see how the strings are nearly identical in stiffness and tension loss on that chart? You can't get any closer than that.

They are the same strings made in the same factory and rebranded, they even use the exact same ties to hold the string bundles.
