Replacement tensionizer assembly for Eagnas 740

    :( I have an Eagnas 740 (drop weight with fixed clamps), which had the tensionizer/clutch assembly fail. The clutch does not engage and the strings can not be tightend. Does any one know how to fix this problem or a replacemnt that will fit the unit.

    Problem was spring on clutch assembly came loose. Was able (with help) to reset spring and unit now works. E-mailed Eagnas when problem occurred PM last night and waiting to see Eagnas response.

    If you have a little money to spend, you could always go electronic and buy a Wise electronic tension head. You'll have a nice, constant pull, electronic machine then for around $600
