Does anybody know where you can find the old school Reebok shirts like the one that Chang wore at the '89 French Open?

How about the old shirts with the big british flag. I think Todd Martin used to wear one. Those were pretty sweet.

I've updated my collection since a few years back on the boards. Sorry about the pictures. The one middle row, second to bottom (arantxa one she wore french open) I've owned since 1989 when I was in 9th grade and I wish I knew what I do now because I would have bought all the colorways as they came out. Anyways fast forward to the past 10 years or so and looking on e.bay ALL the time and I've got these. Maybe one of the largest collections in the world? ohh...and the jackets too, the union jack one and an adidas steffi one in there.

the ones I'm dying to own are these two: the light blue/yellow and light blue/purple.

Great collection! I had a black one with the American flag new with tags. Sold it on the auction site probably 10 years ago. You probably bought it from me. Nice steffi adidas shirt as well. Do you collect the Nike stuff too?

YES! I definitely got that shirt from you. Since then I've added like 6 but have never seen another all black one show up - it was my only chance to get one and I'm glad I got it.

I did win the blue/purple one like 8 years ago, paid and everything, then all the sudden the seller refunded my money and fell out of the deal. I was pretty bummed.

I like Nike and all the challenge court stuff, but never started a collection. My biggest regret was throwing away some berry/blue air tech 3/4:cry: ...but now Nike is all I wear and have a good collection of shoes and T-shirts I got into tennis back in the late 90's and the French Open was the very first grand slam I saw so when Chang and Arantxa both won with Reebok it was like I had to get that shirt. I remember my dad taking me into someplace and there was the one I bought but also a few others. Shoot I would have bought up the whole rack now!

Nice to see it got a good, appreciative home. If you love the shirt that much-- make your own. Seriously. I made my own shirts from back in the day. Email me and I'll send a link.

I bought one a few weeks ago. I bought two more (one to wear and another to have) but the package was lost or stolen. urban outfitters are very cool about it and are helping me out right now. these are made in india and the lines/printing is not like the vintage ones, but still I'm way excited these are re-issued. The fit seems true to size, but haven't washed one yet to see how much it will shrink.

sorry all my picture links are broken, something happened to imageshack a while ago...

Agreed the printing of the lines was pretty subpar. It's a cheaper ink. A more sublimated design could have saved this retro. Also, that cream color was almost as dark as a manila folder. Way off! Fit is tight and long. Older ones were much more loose fitting. They made a 1982 tacchini fitting shirt with a 1989 reebok design. I was disappointed because I bought my wife the Fila settanta polo in the same order. Hers looks fantastic. If you have a girl who likes tennis get her one of those. She'll look like the actress in Caddyshack.

Yeah, there was a time when I would have loved to wear Chang's shirt. Nowadays Reebok is so not cool that I really don't want to wear anything that has their name on it. And that's a shame: I used to LOVE Reebok.
