Return Question

    I just got my Adidas Barricade IV's replaced, I got them shipped back to me yesterday, however today when I was playing one of the silver pieces that hold the lace tore out.

    Is there any change you guys would replace them because of this, I think someone else had the same problem and you replaced them.

    Yes. We will definitely replace those. We should have included a return shipping label along with your shoes. Please use that label and include a note stating that those shoes are defective. We will replace them as soon as we receive them into our warehouse. We apologize for the defective shoe.

    just to double check, when replaced the shoes then sent back a different color back(black/silver instead of white/blue) it will still be ok with the original reciept.
