Anybody play at Rexall over the Winter?

I've got the chance to play there next year and was wondering if anyone knows the fees for the membership along with the hourly court fees.
Is it ever busy?Trouble booking courts?
    Any answers appreciated.
I play @ the Flats and Venetto as well.
    Thanks in advance.
    Take Care.
