I have some pics from a friend of Robredo playing a new stick in the Unicef Open yesterday. Looks pretty sweet. Anybody know how to post pics on the board???

I think it's a totally different racquet...They had so much trouble with him and the 4D 300 that I think they went back to the drawing board and this is a fully new frame along with the cosmetic. Maybe a 400 or something like that?

Maybe, but the graphics look different, on all the other models there the same design, different color. Hopefully some closer pics will com up.

it's a tad blurry, but the paint job reminds me of the kfactor k6.2. I understand he's with dunlop, it just looks like the wilson from far away, IMO....

He used a AG 4D 300 paint job. He uses a racquet that is very similar to the MOLD of the Pro Staff Classic 6.1 95 but with out PWS.

Also notice the 16x18 string pattern

I think they do as well...Looking forward to seeing it. They make such a sweet frame and the QC is better than anything else out there. I finally gave up on Wilson when I bought 3 kBlades and there was a 12g range between them.

Switched to the 300 Tour and had 2 come in identical and the 3rd was 2g off.

He does not go back and forth. That is a photo from 2005. That is a different frame that what Robredo has been using since Jan. 2009.
In your photo Robredo is using the Dunlop Revelation Tour Pro 95. In Jan. 2009 he switched to the Option 2C.

As a longtime sufferer and admirer of Robredo and his "survival" game ,i can attest that vsbabolat is right on money in his explanation. Robredo has never played played anything remotely close to 300 4d. Have seen the option 2c rackets up close and if anything look like ancient dunlop revelations or more like classic wilson with no pws. The fact that he blew his back 6 wks ago in Barcelona may have something to do with change , or simple paint job of the 2009 "black" racket that he was so successful with. But sadly with recent injury, famous top 25 rating consistency over last 9 yrs that was matched only by a certain Roddick and Federer will now end. This will appease the numerous Robredo detractors on this forum, who will be even happier to note that word out of Girona (Olot) is that career is now in serious jeopardy. BTW Definitely not a ad100 stick in photo. Leave it up to our experts (vsbabolat and eiffel59) to figure out correct stick and mold.

The Option 2C is Dunlop's copy of the PSC 6.1 w/o PWS. Vsbabolat hit it on the nose.

Before 2009, Robredo used the Option 2B, which is the mold of Dunlop's old Revelation Tour Pro MP, but with a significantly stiffer layup.

new dunlop sticks are starting to show up but discreetly. C1nt rock was right on money about seeing davydenko and clan playing new dunlop. Robredo played new BIO while hosting wheelchair tourney in his hometown. Then played same frame in Holland on grass against Greul. Robredo may have paintjob of 2009 black frame cuz it has same throat and 16x18 pattern. Where the famous 'OPTION 2c' was written has now been replaced by green BIO and then some other wording and numbers. Rumor is that Dunlop is thus catering to new and existing stable of pros with either new technology or high quality paintjobs!

So did Robredo switch or is it the same racquet with a new paintjob?
