Better to be true to one's nature than a pretender.

Is this before or after Chopin was sick with consumption? Because before, I think he gets more than two points...

Agreed. Your big bro was tossed because he was a pretender. Me? I'm as true as a wood stork's heart.

Oh, I am sorry. I did not know you'd had consumption.

I did notice that your ego seemed to be consuming everything else, but I did not know you had pulmonary tuberculosis in your past medical history. My sympathies.

Ah, the other Chopin! I'd best Laver now, and I'd do so with grace.

If by car wreck you mean an Aston Martin DB7 speeding across a bridge in the pouring rain, dodging in between two approaching vehicles, the bridge roadblocked by tanks, chased by helicopters and black, bullet-proof SUVs with a suave, sophisticated driver outwitting his foes and defying impossible odds as he smashes over the side of the bridge, taking three of the SUVs with him, ejects from the car, shoots the pilot of one of the helicopters in midair sending the chopper spiraling downward, dodges several bullets, activates his jetpack and land on one of the remaining helicopters, breaks in, throws out his foes, commandeers the vehicle, shoots down the remaining helicopter, and destroys the bridge, which is now free of civilians, sending the the SUVs and tanks smashing into the water below him.

Then...as he flies away, the gentleman says, "that was lavorious." Dun Dun DUN. Dun dun DUN. DUN DUN DUN DUN DUN.

Yes, you're quite right, how could one look away from that?

    Chopin has left the building.

it sounds a bit like you´re proud of getting him banned.
    why is that?
a few of his comments angered me, like the ´minor stabbing´of Seles.
but basically i always thought of him as a harmless, obsessive fool

Neither does his Id, nor his Über-Ich.

    You're being too nice.

Sigmund Freud would have a nice case over here...

To understand that poster, I´d also recomend reading some Shakespeare complemented by Tolstoi...the mix of the 2 might give an answer...

Yeah, he's gone for good. He was a prejudiced jerk, as well as a troll, and like Datacipher, the mods. finally stepped up and cleaned up our boards!

I think, in you're case, you might want to start with a basic "elements of style" book. Or, perhaps even simpler, a dictionary.

Or in your case, the book "30 Days to Better Contractions" (Forward by Octomom)

After trying to make the argument that Steffi Graff had a far greater impact on mankind than Madam Curie, he then took a needless, perjoritive swipe at gays, and a hypocritical one at that given that in Teutonic circles the Pikeinator's long been known as the "Joey Chestnut" of 'boy bratwurst' .............. ummmmmmmmm .... isn't that right Joey? Stick out yer tongue and say "ja!" for us, won't 'cha?

But, you very well know, my darling, that it was me who singlehandedly took away Pike...He never gave a **** for your fantasies, so it had to be my personal style that took him away of the boards. You are unable to kill a fly...

As a matter of fact...couldn´t Steffi and miss Marple ( sorry, Miss Merkel) be the very same person? in this case, Mr Pike has a great reason to enjoy life¡¡¡

Incredible. I have said Pike was a problem member, but he always managed to avoid the "permaban." I doubt anyone will miss him.

I did not realize Datacipher was banned too; it seem TW was in housecleaning mode.

Yes, I never understood why they were reluctant to give Pike the permanent ban; I just can't imagine how many "reported" posts he had over the years here. Thank goodness he's gone though. I actually find the Boards much more pleasant without Data slamming his fist on the ALL CAPS key and without Pike trolling people about a player's stabbing.
