Has anyone noticed how high up Roddick's grip goes? This is very interesting, because on Safin's racket the grip can't even reach the sleeve of the Prestige Classic. Yet, Roddick's can.

This site shows his rediculouslly long grip: http://tt.tennis-warehouse.com/tw_gallery/displayimage.php?album=5&pos=2

Any thoughts on Roddick's secret long tourna grip only made for him?

Roddick's racket has a large grip size many ppl say. So even tourna grip xl(which i use by the way) couldn't reach that high.

It is Tourna XL. It can if you start properly and don't overlap it too much.

In front of my computer, obviously
I have never seen anybody so obsessed by the minute details of Tourna-grip in my life. Are you angling for a sponsorship or something? 3 threads on this?

Lol. Personally I think this topic is quite nerdy, but I happen to have noticed Safin severely overlaps his tournagrip (saw him regripping against Dent). Perhaps he does this to give his leather grip a little more coushin. Anyway, that explains it.
